🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Navoflow watch. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window:
You may return your watch within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Include all accessories, tags, and warranty cards

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

How to Start a Return:

  1. Email us at support@navoflow.com with your order number

  2. We'll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions

  3. Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Return Shipping:

  • U.S. returns: Free return shipping label provided

  • International returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

🛠️ Warranty

All Navoflow watches come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not include damage from misuse, water exposure (unless stated water-resistant), or regular wear and tear.
